About Marc V. Lowe
Hello👋
I’m Marc Lowe, a proud Northeastern University graduate with extensive experience in the financial planning industry. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working at some of the largest Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) in the country, helping countless families achieve their retirement goals. Along the way, I earned my Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designation, an achievement I’m incredibly proud of.

Over the course of my career, I’ve had the privilege of managing more than $160 million in assets across 200 households, earning recognition and awards in my previous corporate role. While I’m proud of those accomplishments, I came to realize that I could make a more meaningful impact by launching my own independent practice. This decision allowed me to focus on the areas where I’ve not only had personal experience, but also a proven track record of helping others—retirement planning, small business finances, and legacy planning.

My career at large financial firms allowed me to help individuals approaching retirement successfully navigate their transition into this new stage of life—an experience that inspired my continued focus on retirement planning.

Growing up in a family business, and now operating my own, I understand firsthand the unique financial challenges small business owners face. I’m passionate about helping fellow entrepreneurs integrate their personal and business finances in a way that supports both growth and long-term security.

On a personal note, my life is a whirlwind of activity. I have three young kids—each under the age of 5—which means our house is always full of energy and noise, but I wouldn’t have it any other way! After spending eight years in Texas (yes!-those are cowboy boots in my picture🤠), my family and I made the decision to return to New London, Connecticut, so we could be closer to our extended family. While Texas was a wonderful place to live, there’s no substitute for the support and connection of being near loved ones.

Outside of work, I stay busy with family adventures—whether that’s taking long road trips, coaching my kids’ sports teams, or traveling to music festivals with my little ones. I’m a big fan of Tombstone (my favorite movie) and love reading thought-provoking books like The Black Swan by Nassim Taleb. I also have a passion for BBQ cuisine and play guitar in my free time.
If you’re looking for someone to help guide you through your financial journey, I’d love to connect and see how I can help.
